Long Run on McAlpine (up to Boyce, up to PDS, back to Boyce, back on trail). Focused on keeping HR in aerobic (125-140 zone) which involved slowing pace down. HR did not "settle" into aerobic zone until 4.3 miles in. Hot/humid conditions.
