2 x Hill Sprints (Park So) + 2x 50 yds Toe Offs
Very careful on these -- did not try to accelerate too quickly & did not try to run these too fast. On each it took me about 1/2 way in until I could self-correct my form (over the first 8 sec #1 and first 4 sec of #2 my hips were not forward, I was not extending my legs, my core was not riding forward -- when I made those corrections I could immediately feel in a very strong bio-mechanical position & felt very powerful).
