Speed Set - 6 x 320m (7:36 pace/mi)
First time running a set since Aug or three months & my main focus was rhythm & maintaining form over the last 100m. I can't read my splits so I can only track via total time & had no clue of pace - and since I measured this off my goal was to run these progressive with a gradual progression in pace.
#1: 8:01 pace/mi (way to slow);
#2: 7:46 pace/mi (still slow but again I can't read my pace on my watch);
#3: 7:45 pace/mi (still slow);
#4: 7:39 pace/mi;
#5: 7:35 pace/mi;
#6: 7:09 pace/mi.
