4 x Strides on HarrisY + 2 x Drills
These strides felt like very smooth and not labored (which is good since the last time I ran strides was 3 weeks ago due to injury). First two were into the wind, so then I ran the last two with the wind (and go figure the results). Wind was cold and my hands were starting to freeze when into the wind. Did 2 x [25 yds of butt-kicks & 40 yds of paw backs]. Felt sciatic pain down left leg on stride #1 but fortunately did not after that. Accurate splits:
