Discovered that I have two new knots in left quad (and maybe three) -- one along lower left lateral quad and another along lower left medial quad. Realized this as I was rolling left leg w/lacrosse ball and could feel the tender/painful spots. These appear to be causing the pain I was feeling yesterday in my left knee, where my left leg feels unstable, and "broken bone" pain. After I rolled these knots, my left Adductor is causing less pain than I realize.
I now have 4-5 current knots in left leg and 1 in anterior tibia!
