Easy Run
After yesterday's debacle, and given how utterly exhausted I felt, goal was to see how far I could run straight -- and able to run this straight despite feeling terrible at times & then feeling much weaker in mi 4 (normally I progress runs but today felt like my rhythm was deteriorating in mi 4 & tried to hang on). Started at hotel ran to other side looped small lot 2x out & looped RH into small lot for 2x+ loops (mi 1 - started to rain when I started & gradually picked up, felt really tired & ran this purposely slow as my goal was to survive), looped RH & back into small lot for 2x+ loops out exit/in entrance back into small lot for 2x loops out & around & into cinema lot (mi 2 - rain picking up, felt tired at times & focused on grinding this out & trying to stay in rhythm), ran 4x zig/zag loops of cinema lot then 1/2 figure 8 (mi 3 - tried to relax & tried to get into a rhythm but still felt tired, raining harder & shoes soaked), ran 5x figure 8 loops (mi 4 - tried to hang on as I fought the urge to stop as I would gradually lose rhythm & then grind it out, felt really tired & felt like I had slowed down).
