Notes

Cool down run (did not set GPS until a little over .1 into run so added to total to get correct distance & pace). Similar to warmup, first part of this was in parking lot & legs felt stiff. Second part was along Harris Y trail where hips loosened, stride returned (w/paw back) and running in the 7:40's with not a lot of effort.
