(un)Easy Run

Run fr Phillips Pl to Carnegie & Barclay Downs to run hill sprints. Brutally hot humid conditions. Purposely controlled my pace throughout so as to try not to expend too much energy. Ran loops around Phillips Pl parking lot, left on Sharon & a loop around church, then back back on Sharon, right on Sulkirk to Park So (thru mi 3 - felt tired & sore, at times I wanted to stop over the first 2 miles but slogged it out). Ran down Park So & right on Fairview up to Barclay Downs (at times felt I was losing rhythm because of how hot I felt). Then ran down by Piedmont to Carnegie & Barclay Downs where Morrison ends. This is supposed to be an "easy run" but nothing is easy in these horrific conditions - I was completely soaked in sweat (as if I jumped in a lake), shoes wet, panting fr the heat and not sure how I would be able to run hill sprints feeling this tired.
