4 x Strides on HarrisY Trail/Fields
After the 11.35 miles of "long" run pace, this was a shock to the system. These felt like the first set of strides I did post-injury after months off. I felt like I was not turning over, stuck in 3rd gear and no speed. All of these felt like 6:30 pace. The last one I could not get things out of second gear! Results were better vs. feel. Accurate splits below:
