Long Run
Put on extra miles to get to 17. This was a Burma death march minus the heat and humidity. Gallowalked this. Groin felt really bad to start (thought I was going to split into two for the first 1/4 mile). Had a killer cramp on my right side extending fr just below my chest to my kidney. Tried to alter breathing to remedy this but to no avail -- I could feel it when I walked.
Felt really sore several hours later. Stretched (felt better), then lifted and felt better (was able to do full set of deadlifts and other leg lifts).
