Easy Run [7:42 pace p mi adj for heat]

87 deg / 46% H [64 DP]. Did 2x drills prior (felt some pain in right foot during the 20x butt kicks). Right foot improved over the 24 hours when I ran last evening so decided to run tonite and "rest" (fast walk") Mon. Also have pain in left foot (arch) when I dig in but fortunately no pain when I run/walk. When I started out my legs felt "super fresh" to where I purposely slowed things down as running faster would hurt my right foot more. Foot hurt less today going uphill and gradual turns to the left. Tried to experiment w/footfalls and pronation to see what could minimize stress to the area. What did hurt was anywhere when the surface had a pronounced camber to either side (which I tried to avoid). When I saw 7:57 (which I figured was more like 7:35 adjusted for heat) in mile 4 actually focused on "controlling" my pace but ended going faster in mile 5, and then literally slowed it to a jog over the final 3/10ths of mile. Hoping I see improvement on Tue after no run Mon.
