3 x 300 (#1: free/back; #2: single stroke kicking; #3: 100IM + 50 Back).

4 x 50 @1:00 - IM order by 25 (Fly/Bk - :41; BK/BR: :45; BR/single arm FR: :41; FR/BK: :40).

150 yards easy back & free kicking.

All w/zoomers. Triple underwater dolphin on all BK turns, quadruple underwater dolphin on initial push-off. All kicking was w/zoomers but no boards (do one stroke p lap on BK, 100% catchup for FR).

Had a Masters swim group next to me (15 swimmers in three lanes) which was good as it provided me with company to swim next to and also get me to work my turns so that I would come up way ahead of whoever was next to me.
