4.2 miles on elliptical over 31:30 or 7:30 pace on the elliptical
Fortunately no pain during or after (so this means I can at least do elliptical to build back aerobic base after not being able to do anything for almost 3 weeks). Worked on keeping cadence high (~200 to 205).
