3 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field + 2x Drills
The first two felt like more effort. Did drills (20x running butt kicks + 9x side leg stretch + 12x high knees after #1 & 2 and 60 yds of toe offs prior to each). On the run up to #3 made a small adjustment in form and this felt significantly easier (felt like I was gliding). It was so humid out that when I was done I was sweating like crazy. Accurate splits:
