6 x Hill Sprints (Barclay Downs/Carnegie).
On #1 felt super sluggish (late on hitting lap button on #4). Felt strong on the majority of these. Inside area of right knee really began to hurt as I jogged down to Carnegie. I was forced me to "hobble around" during recovery. Did not hurt when I walk, hurt much more going downhill. After #4 I was really hurting, but did not feel anything on the hill sprints themselves (just when I was jogging to recover). I could not run after #6 as pain was too sharp. Accurate splits:
