Injury Recovery Run

Started fr Allen Tate. Lifted yesterday & did leg lifting so perhaps legs were "heavy". Started fr Tate ran down Fairview left on Sharon (into strong breeze) left on Sharon View 100m crossed up & right on Sharon left on Fairview (into strong breeze) past Harpers (mi 1 - legs felt like "blah", not fresh, not heavy), ran down Fairview looping around first building past gas station then around Zoe's around BOA back on Fairview left on Barclay Downs right into Corp Park then right left on Fairview (mi 2 - this was all downhill yet pace was same as mi 1 except for strong breeze mainly in my face?), left on Piedmont Row looped into/around Ruth Chris & Panera back into Ruth Chris left on Piedmont & then into the big parking lot ran loop & a half (mi 3 - not sure why pace improved so much given how winding the first 1/2 mi was), ran another loop & a 1/2 of big parking lot & then up & out left on Piedmont looped Ruth Chris & Panera then up Fairview right into Corp Park (mi 4 - mostly uphill yet 1/2 mi was running the flat parking lot), ran left on Barclay Downs & right up Fairview past gas station - stopped to stretch (thru 4.5 mi - this is the first time running up an appreciable hill & this shows how weak I've gotten given how my pace slows like crazy). Did some stretching. Resumed up Fairview right on Sharon left on Ashely around & right into Tate (final 1/2 mi).
