Very Easy Run
Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Given the rain (steady over the first 2 mi then it stopped) I ran in old shoes & actually surprised that my pace was not much worse - plus I ran this at a very leisurely pace. Felt tired & these shoes have little "bounce".
