Easy Run
Stomach is very quesy & dealing with continual cramps - fallout still fr the antibiotics I took earlier in the month where my stomach has not normalized. Combine that w/the new pt >70 & this is a recipe for disaster. Ran in/around Phillips Pl. Started at hotel & ran to other side looped RH, small lot 2x+, 3 zig/zag loops of cinema lot, another loop of RH in entrance (mi 1-2: stomach felt ok, when I started felt awkward, felt no difference between mi 1 & 2 yet mi 2 much faster?), out exit back in & up parking lot by PF Changes to hotel looped back & forth then around Palm down into small lot 2x loops then around Southern Pecan (mi 3 - felt heat getting to me & stomach began to feel quesy), around & by Palm up & right down Fairview hung right into entrance & two loops of small lot (3.6 mi had to stop as I felt hot, head hurt & worse stomach began to hurt - walked around to vent heat), resumed ran out exit the around RH past cinema into cinema lot left & looped around & out & over to PF Changs to finish.
