Easy - 3 x 2 min + 2 x 3 min (walk 45 sec to 1:15 in between)
First run progression trying to recover fr left quad injury. Felt some tightness in left leg but felt a lot of shooting pains all over (in right leg, left leg, left groin, felt something in left lateral quad). Litmus test is that post-run did not feel anything. Ran this easy -- felt like 9 min mile pace. Normally, after a layoff/injury for 2 weeks, + the low mileage prior, I would actually be running this at 9 min or higher pace (and it would feel "uncoordinated). However, I basically ran this evenly even though I was trying to go slow and keep stride short. What was remarkable was that I felt very "strong and stable" in the feet -- which I now attribute to doing the various feet strengthening exercises I used to do (seems to have lessened my severe under-pronation).
