Very Easy Run

Dealing with various nagging issues that I don't want to blossom into injuries - felt tenderness in left Achilles on Thur which forced me into being very cautious and not running Fri & taking day off, and then on Fri when I walked for 1/2 hr felt soreness in right toe where again forced me into being cautious & not doing a workout or strides today. Started at Orchard St bridge & ran into back neighborhood then out on Brookdale to Rt 22 (mi 1 - felt a more tired for taking a day off, legs felt heavy, jogged this & controlled pace), up Rt 22 then looped Otis/Harcourt/Thompkins left on Rt 22 to & looped around Bank then looped back up Rt 22 & reverse looped Thompkins/Harcourt/Otis around gas station & left on Rt 22 looped around Bank looped back up Rt 22 & looped Otis/Harcourt/Thompkins (mi 2 - maintained same rhythm as mi 2), left on Rt 22 looped around Bank & looped back up Rt 22 & looped Otis/Harcourt/Thompkins right on Bond looped around train station lot right on Fisher left on Rt 22 looped around CVS right on Rt 22 up hill & right on Bond looped train station lot (mi 3 - feeling marginally better running this more up/down segment), repeated prior loops 2x (mi 4 - maintained rhythm and focused on moving quicker up the hill on Rt 22 which probably picked my pace up), repeated prior loop 1.8x & on last loop continued down Harleem to train station entrance (mi 5 - not sure why pace lagged a bit running same course). Did leg drills. Finished up running down Rt 22 left on Brookdale & right on Thompson to pedestrian bridge (mi 5 to 5.5 - felt so much stronger running this after the leg drills vs last week where I could not even feel my legs).
