Easy Run
71 degrees, 79% humidity. Was humid out there. Ran this at an easy pace w/the Wed Charlotte Meet-Up group. Paced Jody and ran w/Ross and Will. At various times where pace got slow we were going extremely slow so that a person could catch back up. Went further than normal. Leg/groin hurt a little at start (2 on a scale of 10) and did not hurt after which is a good sign (the others wanted to push the last mile and fortunately I did not cave into that peer pressure which would have stressed my groin/leg).
