Recovery Jog

Tried to go about these runs differently. As leg feels incrementally better, decided to jog as easy as I could after walking fast over the first 4/10ths of so of a mile. Goal was to put as minimal stress upon left leg as possible by taking quick "micro" strides. Had to adjust my speed at times to slow down (by taking shorter strides). Dew pt was 72 and I was sweating after ~ 2miles and at the end shorts were soaked but felt 200% better today vs. a week ago where I was struggling mightily. Breathed thru my nose throughout as a method to keep pace slow (other than the high dew point this was a very easy effort).
