3 x Strides running down Phillips Pl (+10x dynamic hamstring stretches + 10x butt kicks + 8x high knees + 50m toe offs)
Ran these using a very controlled form where I tried to mimic the last two hill sprints I ran on Mon. Kept the cadence high, focused on mid-foot plans & not overstriding. #2 & #3 felt easier & more controlled compared to #1. Accurate splits below:
