5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [5:37 Avg]
These felt very consistent & was able to make some adjustments after #2 to increase speed via form improvements (shorter strides and stronger form) on #3 and #5 and especially on #4. Accurate splits below:
