4 x Hill Effort up Park South (in 84 deg heat / 63 dew pt)

First real workout effort in almost 4 mos. Had no clue how this would go & "braced" for the results. #1 was really really rough (it was if I lost the ability to pick up the pace) & when I was viewed the pace is extremely depressing. #2 I forgot to start the watch and missed this. This felt like my muscles started to awake, and eerily no pain or tightness in hamstring & I really focused on using my glutes to power up the hill. As I jogged after #2 I could feel some level of fatigue & was really sweating. #3 was as if my muscles awoke fr a long slumber -- felt bio-mechanically stronger, glutes were firing & I could feel how they were powering me up in lieu of hamstring, felt stronger. Again felt even more fatigue on the jog recovery & #4 I was surprised I could power up & this felt exactly the same as #3. This is going to be another build up fr almost ground zero where over the next 2 to 3 months its going to take a real lot to just get back to where I was.
