2 x Strides + 2 x drills on HarrisY Grass Field
Abbreviated strides since I was battling time. Wanted to be very careful about these & run them ultra conservatively so that I could run a workout w/tweaking right hamstring (HHT). Also did 2 x drills (16x butt kicks + 8x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Very hot/humid. Accurate splits below:
