5 x Hill Sprints up Seneca (first four on the steeper side fr Brookdale & #5 fr Rt 22) + 50m toe offs [5:54 Avg pace]
The splits I see on my Garmin are never actual so it is really difficult for me when this occurs to gauge & fine tune to run these consistently. #1 & #2 felt really easy yet the splits I was seeing on these were actually higher vs #3 & #4 - so after #2 I ran more straightline up the hill & tried to shorten my stride). Accurate splits below:
#1: 5:42 pace
#2: 5:55 pace
#3: 6:13 pace
#4: 6:01 pace
#5: 5:43 pace
