6 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side [5:44 Avg]
Ran these progressively faster - the first two felt ok & then I was able to fine tune adjustments to get into a stronger & faster form since all of these felt the same perceived effort. After #4 I attempted to control the pace somewhat to run it in the 5:30 range but under-corrected, #6 felt really crisp. Accurate splits below...
