3 x Strides & Drills on HarrisY Field
Wanted to see how these strides would feel and felt very good (don't feel I'm compromised here). Did drills before each stride (35 yds running butt kicks, 30 yds running high knees, 50 yds paw backs). It took until #2 until I felt in a stronger and better bio-mechanical form. Accurate splits below:
