3 x Strides running down Fairview in front of Allen Tate
+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches & 50m toe-offs in between. On #1 it felt "dull" (did not feel crisp), so as I jogged around I made some physical & mental adjustments & got into a stronger bio-mechanical position & progressively faster & stronger on #2 and #3 (leaned over a tad more, used my glutes, cut stride shorter & focused on "quick feet").
