3 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field (after workout) + 3x drills
Ran these after the workout and legs were somewhat tired & not responding to speed work. Focused on form (using strong form), first two felt good where I could feel some low level of hamstring discomfort when I accelerated to start & about 30 meters later when I picked up the pace to accelerate thru the stride. On #3 ran this and purposely focused on an exaggerated paw back trying to pull my leg thru and trying to snap my butt. Also did 3x drills (20x running/hopping butt kicks + 9x high knees + 10x hamstring stretches). Accurate splits below:
