Very Easy Run
Legs felt dead dog tired running for the fifth straight day (felt less of a "spring"). 10 meters in I could feel this was going to be a real grind (felt like I was running on the beach). Started in Phillips Pl by hotel & ran to other side looping RH in entrance into small lot for 2x+ loops out/around into cinema lot for 1 figure 8 loop (mi 1 - felt slow, it was slow, sun was shining bright), ran 4x figure 8 loops & 1x zig/zag (mi 2 - felt slow, felt like I was expending a lot of energy as I had minimal spring in step, it was slow), 4x zig/zag loops + 1x figure 8 loop (this felt no different, sun shining, real grind), ran 3x figure 8 loops & shorter loop to 3.75 mi & stopped [stretched, then did leg drills - 36 step-ups, 24x lunges, 18x toe/calf raises) then resumed running up to Whole Foods (mi 4).
