Very Easy Jog
On Tue evening after I ran experienced two extremely painful hamstring spasms with a pain intensity I have never felt before - it was on par with the worst pain I experienced w/kidney stones (in Aug when I had to go into emergency surgery). My hamstring was literally exploding in pain - and what I normally would do which would be to stand did not abate the pain. Yesterday my hamstring was really really sore (walked ~ 2mi).
Today I literally "eased" into this essentially a "very easy jog" where I tried to minimize any stress (and then built up the pace a bit as I went along as long as I did not feel any twinge or pain or tightness). Ran this in/around in Phillips Pl (to minimize distance if my hamstring blew up). After about 2+ miles I began to feel better & more fluid & more relaxed that my right hamstring was going to hold up.
