Post jog did not feel increased pain which is a good sign. However, the area of pain is very tender (painful) when rolling it and/or aggressive massage. And the area of pain moved! It was along the instep (medial) but behind between the arch and the heel. When I massaged tonite post-run and dug in, that prior area was fine -- but the area of pain/tenderness moved forward 2 inches to almost right under the arch. When I bend my toes back that plantar ligament bows out -- and the area of pain is right on that plantar ligament (it feels like a "bump" along it).
