Speed Set
8 x ~30 sec speed efforts running down Phillips Pl Court in hot humid conditions
Was going to run strides but decided to make this a workout by running ~30 sec efforts where I tried to relax & stay in good form & run strong but run at stride pace & not too fast. After #1 got into a good rhythm and settled in at 5:40 pace which felt good.
