3 x Strides Running down fr Whole Foods (+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Ran these in the heavy cushioned Gel-Nimbus 19's. #1 felt as if I had cement shoes on (no spring, no speed, no fluidity). On the next two made some bio-mechanical adjustments & was able to achieve faster results w/the same effort. Accurate splits below:
