6 x Strides up Cameron Valley + 6x 50 yds toe-offs
Felt about 100% better running these vs. the three prior weeks (finally "it" kicked in). Could feel this after the first one as my legs had a lot of "spring" sprinting up the hill and was able to maintain form. On #1 my it felt like my arm band holding my iPhone was going to fly off, the next two felt great, #5 felt even better (felt very "springy" in the legs going up the hill), and on #6 felt flat (always super conservative on my "last effort" given bad injury luck associated with a last effort). Accurate splits below:
