4 x Strides on HarrisY Field
Could feel some fatigue in my legs as this is a six day run week. Each of these felt the same effort level wise! Towards the end of #2 and on #3 and #4 I made some adjustments in terms of narrowing stride, increasing leg left and increasing body torque. #3 and #4 felt crisp. Accurate splits below:
