Very Easy Run
Regressed back to where I was two weeks ago as I ran this at a similar pace 2 weeks ago. No real pain anymore in my lower left back but feel discomfort, able to almost touch & sometimes touch my fingers to the ground when doing a dynamic hamstring stretch. Depressing as to the regression and especially the splits for this run. I ran this super easy & felt comfortable but pace was ridiculously slow. At least I kept my HR low which was my goal. Ran this in Phillips Pl & mostly in the Palm/Hotel side - ran three long curly Q figure 8 loops of Palm/Pecan/small lot & then a bracket curly Q loop & one figure 8 then down Fairview in entrance around RH back to courtyard.
