Uneasy Easy Run?

Legs felt really sore today after yest's effort & left hip area was tight in a moderate level of pain. I did not purposely run this slow & that hugely concerns me (as this is usually the pace when I purposely run very slow). This is a significant regression if it continues & depressing. I felt a need to go to the bathroom starting in mi 2 which increased to where when I stopped at 5.4 mi I had a real pressing need as by that time I was fighting spasms & tried not to embarass myself on the road. Started fr back of Allen Tate ran down Fairview left on Sharon right on Rutherford (mi 1- felt really terrible, legs felt like I ran 20 mi yesterday, also really tight), right on Sulkirk right down Long Meadow right on Stokes right up Sulstone & then right up Sulkirk & right down Long Meadow (mi 2- now I felt I had to go to the bathroom where it seemed every incline the need increased, on the flat or downhill I was more relaxed), right on Stokes right up Sulstone (bathroom need) left on Sulkirk left up Sharon left on Rutherford right on Sulkirk to Long Meadow & looped back (mi 3 - I wanted to quit at points as the combination of how terrible my legs felt & the need to go to the bathroom), ran down Sulkirk left up Sharon then down right into near Church entrance looped around lower lot to upper lot out to Sharon right & back into looping around lower lot (mi 4), ran to upper lot then out to Sharon right & right back into lower lot looping around to upper lot back to lower lot & did a second loop (mi 5), then up to far entrance out & right on Sharon to Sharon View (to 5.4 mi - felt terrible over the past mile as I felt really weak & "Bambi legged"). After doing some stretching & fighting painful spasms, resumed finishing out the final ~1k back to Allen Tate.
