4 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field + 4x drills
On #1 I was totally out of synch and then made adjustment and cut stride length & planted underneath & the next 3 felt sold/crisp. Also did 4 x drills (15x running butt kicks + 10x high knees + 10x dynamic hamstring stretches). Accurate splits below:
