VO2Max Set
3 x 1/2 mi + 1 x 300m
Ran the 3 x 1/2 mile underneath the cinema lot so Garmin is not very accurate and tends to underestimate mileage & thus hard to gauge the performance. Ran the 1 x 300m outside in the light drizzle. First time running a workout in about 1 month. I ran the 3 x 1/2 mi in a very progressive manner where on #1 & #2 it would appear I was extremely sluggish (no doubt exaggerated because Garmin underestimated mileage) & felt stronger on #3. Then went outside & ran the 1 x 300m.
#1 1/2 mi: 9:01 pace/mi;
#2 1/2 mi: 8:45 pace/mi;
#3 1/2 mi: 8:16 pace/mi;
#4 300m: 7:23 pace/mi.
