4 x Hill Sprints at Geo. Washington Elem. School
Was originally going to run these up a grass hill. It got dark. As I ran to the school (in a very nice neighborhood) and got to the pedestrian bridge over the Taconic extension I swear there was a drug deal going down (this w/nice houses looking on) as a car was at the end of the road w/lights on. Then I see a guy and girl walking up to the bridge who looked totally out of place (she was wearing a hoodie) & I was ready for him to try and make a move. Its only 9:40pm, and I go down to run up the grass hill and there are four guys playing soccer in the dark in the playground (this just looked totally out of place?). Ran the first two up a grass hill in the dark which was extremely steep and a tree branch in the way and did not make any sense. Ran the last two up the access road and these felt very fast but my splits were very slow? Accurate splits below:
