Easy Run
The hottest conditions I've run in the past 6 months. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl & legs felt heavy to start. Ran this straight & fortunately did not overheat. Ran the first 2 miles up/around The Palm & looping PF Changs, then mi 3 looping twice around cinema in lower portion, then two more loops in mi 4 & then ran the last mi looping the cinema lot. Similar to last night, the last mi did not feel like almost a 1 min/mile faster vs prior miles.
