5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs
Felt stronger running these hill sprints compared to prior weeks. Only reason why I can think #5 was off was because I had three misfires b4 it meaning I rounded and started to sprint & began my sprint but each time I hit the lap button on my Garmin nothing happened so I had to abort & redo.
