Injury Recovery Run (Very Easy Pace)

Did drills prior. Started this run at Scarsdale HS & focused on quick cadence & keeping form together running at a very (very) easy pace. Ran out of parking lot & then decided to run up the big hill towards White Plains going past Fenimore & then up & hung a right on Huntington going past Green Acres Elementary & then left on Rte 22 continuing up hill & then took first left & hung another quick left (mi 1-2: had no clue about pace but did not feel as weak as I though climbing up the hill over the 2 miles), Ran down & by Green Acres again & then left & now right onto Rt 22 to bottom of hill (mi 3 - was able to maintain cadence), took at right & ran around Scarsdale Library & then back into Scarsdale HS & onto mondo track for 3/4 lap for finish. Running consistent splits (mi 2-4) is usually a good sign especially since mi 2 was up a big hill, but my pace is abysmally slow & hopefully since my mileage is slowly building up I'll get a fitness bump & pace will begin to track down.
