Easy Run

58 degrees. CLT Runners Wed nite run (8 runners). Legs were sore from yesterday's workout in addition to leg lifting last nite (quads, hamstrings, glutes). Difficult to get into a rhythm at the start as legs were stiff and felt the soreness the most. After the climb up MacDonald felt better and ran up to and alongside another runner thru the 4 mile mark. Two runners were about 100 yards head as I turned up East so here got into rhythm and right at the 5 mile mark pulled to about 20 yards behind - saw 7:37 split and then throttled down the pace as much as I could as today is an easy day.
