3 x 50 sec Fast (Mile pace)/ jog 2:50
As HR shows, felt terrible after #2 but felt better after. Was going to do 9x but had to break this up as it was hot. Ran faster than Mile Pace (5:54...#4-6, 8 & 9 were at 800M Pace).
