Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Wanted to go easy and did so for the most part, just was a little frustrated that it was so slow. Felt like I was moving OK the last two miles, but they were at 9:00 and 9:11. Just keep thinking things will start to get better and it just feels like it's never going to happen. I know I shouldn't be frustrated as this was supposed to be slow, but just not expecting it to be this slow and was really hoping to be in better shape at this point in the year.
