Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Another run that did not go well. First, it was a lot warmer than I've been used to running. Second, my right hip/leg had been bothering me all day. Actually, the leg was OK and let me run. My pacing was off though and ran too hard for the warmer day. First mile was round 9:05, which was OK, but the rest were in the 8:30s. Just too fast for my current fitness and the warmer weather. Had to briefly stop 2x just to recover a little. Leg was still tight the rest of the evening, but I guess OK. Really need to start figuring my life out, I can't continue like this.
